A unique & exciting opportunity to join our team at Boostify – A digital start-up based in Leeds with a focus on boosting conversion of client’s websites with our powerful cloud-based ‘all-in-one’ customer engagement platform. We're looking to add a new, dynamic business development executive to our progressive team. This role is perfect for a commercially aware individual with a real passion and drive to learn.
We'll offer the right person a competitive basic salary of £21,000-£22,000, plus uncapped commission and other benefits such as 25 holiday days (plus bank holidays), a MacBook Pro laptop and hands-on 1:2:1 training.
As a Business Development Executive you’ll be proactively hunting for new business via phone, social media, LinkedIn, email and face-to-face meetings. You'll play an important role in the delivery of sales, marketing and account management activities for existing and new clients. This role is ideally suited to individuals from a sales, marketing or account management background with a genuine interest in the digital, new media sector, who can demonstrate high levels of customer service.
Generating meetings with prospective clients through developing relationships with key decision makers.
Use your own initiative and tenacity to source new business opportunities.
Demonstrate Boostify's platform to potential new clients with confidence and outstanding on-the-job knowledge.
Playing a key role in the creation and implementation of Boostify's ongoing sales strategy.
Provide commercially aware ideas to supercharge client success using the Boostify platform.
Provide first line telephone contact for the company, clients and prospects, ensuring that interactions with the company are always positive and professional and that calls are handled in a timely and appropriate manner.
Provide support to the business including website content, co-ordinating client requests, client training, preparing manuals and presentations, looking after client support.
Produce & distribute client reports providing commercially aware strategy support, big-picture thinking and goal-oriented strategies.
Develop trusted relationships with key accounts – helping to drive further value for the client and their online activities.
Support business attendance at client sites, exhibitions, presentations and events.
Support the business with innovate ideas to improve existing processes – helping to drive internal efficiencies.
Travel to some client meetings may be required.
Other ad-hoc duties as and when required by the business.

5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent.

Salary: Competitive basic of £20,000-£22,000 (experience dependent) + Uncapped commission
Hours of work: 37.5 Hours per week (9am to 5:30pm - Monday to Friday)
