We're looking to add a new, dynamic sales account manager to join our small – but mighty – team of CRO experts. As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll be at the centre of our sales activities, playing an important support role in the delivery of sales, marketing and account management activities for existing and new clients. This role is ideally suited to recent graduates and individuals from a sales, marketing or account management background with a genuine interest in the digital, new media sector, who can demonstrate high levels of customer service.
You’ll also play a key part in shaping the company's sales processes helping with marketing content, literature and our website pages – including helping with our digital advertising.
Identify and grow sales opportunities to meet personal targets – Including self-generating new leads and sales.
Provide commercially aware ideas to supercharge client success using the Boostify customer engagement platform.
Perform platform demos to potential new clients with confidence and outstanding on-the-job knowledge.
Provide first line telephone contact for the company, clients and prospects, ensuring that interactions with the company are always positive and professional and that calls are handled in a timely and appropriate manner.
Provide support to the business including website content, co-ordinating client requests, client training, preparing manuals and presentations, looking after client support.
Produce & distribute client reports providing commercially aware strategy support, big-picture thinking and goal-oriented strategies.
Develop trusted relationships with key accounts – helping to drive further value for the client and their online activities.
Support business attendance at client sites, exhibitions, presentations and events.
Support the business with innovate ideas to improve existing processes – helping to drive internal efficiencies.
Travel to some client meetings may be required.
Assisting Managing Director with ad-hoc day to day tasks.
Other ad-hoc duties as and when required by the business.
Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment, using high levels of initiative to deliver sales-driven results.
Knowledge and experience of business systems appropriate to the sales, marketing and account management functions.
Good understanding of the application of digital technology, creative and digital marketing solutions in a business environment.
Able to take complex digital processes and explain them to clients in an easy to understand way.

Experience in working with Software-as-a-Service.
5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent.

Location: Leeds, LS15
Salary: Competitive basic + Uncapped commission
Hours of work: 37.5 Hours per week (9am to 5:30pm - Monday to Friday)
