Our onboarding services are designed for new customers on the Boostify Pro plan or above. With the help of one of our implementation specialists, you will receive expert technical guidance on how to properly configure the Boostify platform with your existing website(s), as well as assistance in setting up your first segments and campaigns. Onboarding will also cover specific features of the Boostify platform, such as A/B testing, advanced reporting possibilities, and the initial configuration of our intelligence layer – including real-time visitor tracking and customer segmentation.
- An assigned implementation specialist for the first 90 days from the start of your Boostify subscription.
This dedicated advisor will provide:
- Assistance with the technical set-up of the Boostify platform with your website(s)
- Advice and guidance on integrating your existing CRM or other systems with Boostify
- Guidance on analysing, segmenting and building your bespoke customer lists
- Help with developing, managing and executing campaigns and widgets
- You will also receive ongoing access to resources including:
